DALIL is an electronic intermediary platform and is NOT a law firm. Your use of the platform does NOT create any lawyer-client relationship between you and DALIL. Professionals on the platform are independent and solely responsible for their legal services.

An electronic marketplace platform licensed in the UAE
A facilitator connecting Finders with independent licensed Professionals
A payment escrow and trust infrastructure provider
A verification body that checks licence credentials (not legal quality)
A communications platform for secure in-platform messaging

DALIL IS NOT...

A law firm or legal services provider
A party to any lawyer-client relationship
Responsible for the legal advice given by Professionals
Guaranteeing legal outcomes, court results, or regulatory decisions
Practising law in any jurisdiction
Liable for the conduct or advice of individual Professionals

What You Should Know

Every Professional on DALIL is an independent practitioner. They set their own fees, determine their own advice, and are solely responsible for their legal work.

Legal outcomes depend on many factors outside any party's control. Neither DALIL nor the Professional can guarantee a specific legal result.

Verified ≠ Endorsed

"Verified by DALIL" means we have checked the Professional's licence and identity. It is NOT an endorsement of their advice quality, competence, or suitability for your matter.

Separate Engagement Agreement

Any lawyer-client relationship is formed directly between you and the Professional under a separate engagement agreement. DALIL is not a party to that agreement.
